Hi, I'm Taylor!

I graduated from McKay Career Training in 2017 and I am registered with MTAS. I'm passionate about helping people feel their best through personalized, thoughtful massage therapy. I believe every treatment should be tailored to you whether you're dealing with ongoing pain, muscle tension, recovering from an injury, or simply need time to relax and recharge.

My approach combines therapeutic and Swedish massage techniques, with a focus on deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to relieve tension, improve mobility, and support your body's natural healing process. Every session is designed with your individual goals in mind, creating a space where you can feel comfortable, cared for, and truly listened to.
